Frequently asked questions
The answers to the questions we hear most from retailers and e-commerce brands.
Yes. To purchase at wholesale rates, we require proof that you operate a legitimate business — typically a state-issued resale certificate and a business license or sales tax ID. You'll provide these when you apply, and they're verified before your first order ships.
Yes — the minimum first order is $300. After that, there's no per-order minimum for Growth and Enterprise partners. Smaller stores can still order what they need; our tiers simply reward higher volumes with better per-unit pricing.
Most orders placed by 2pm CT dispatch the same day from our Austin, TX distribution center and arrive in 2–4 business days anywhere in the contiguous US. We currently ship within the United States only. Free freight applies to Growth Partner orders over $1,000.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and net-30 terms for approved accounts. Pricing is quoted in USD, and all transactions are billed in USD.
Yes. Approved wholesale accounts can request samples of most products at cost. For new accounts, we'll usually include sample packs with your first order so you can test the quality before you commit to deeper inventory.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or credited in full if reported within 5 business days of delivery. Defective products may be returned within 30 days with a return authorization. Because of food-safety regulations, opened consumables generally can't be resold or returned.
We only source from manufacturers that meet FDA registration and AAFCO nutrition standards, and our in-house QA lab vets every batch. Batch-level documentation is available to retail partners who need it for their own customers' peace of mind.
Wholesale purchases for resale are exempt from sales tax when you provide a valid resale certificate. Depending on your state, we may also require a completed state-specific resale form. We never collect tax on exempt wholesale orders.
Of course. Every new account is assigned an account manager who will walk you through the catalog, recommend high-margin starter SKUs, and build your first order with you. Reach out and we'll take it from there.
